Jacquelyne was born into the equestrian life. She grew up on her family's farm in Carlisle, Massachusetts, learning natural horsemanship from her parents and serving four consecutive years as 4-H President. She was selected for the Extreme Mustang Makeover, gentling and competing a wild mustang in 100 days — featured on Ride TV.
From 2009 through 2015 she apprenticed with Jane Karol of Bearspot Farm, deepening her command of classical dressage. She has trained with Hope Cooper, Vincent Flores, Sue Downer, Greg Best, Beverly Lynch, Vitor Silva, Volker Broman, Sandra Beaulieu, and continues her own instruction with Jerry Schrunik.

Penn State graduate in Veterinary & Biomedical Science with a minor in Equine Science. Former intercollegiate dressage rider, specializing in young horses and behavioral cases — working toward her USDF Bronze Medal.

With limited exceptions, every horse boarded at Elegante is in full training. Each week includes five days of professional training rides or a custom combination of rides and lessons designed around the horse and rider — supported by daily care, turnout, and conditioning.
